Nature of work

  • Organizing transport orders. Submitting orders to carriers. Selecting the right transport according to the type of cargo.
  • Handling cargo documentation. Preparing and checking invoices, waybills, loading documents.
  • Coordination and communication of carriers. Maintaining constant contact with carriers regarding the status of transport. Solving problems.
  • Entering data into the internal system.
  • Monitoring transportation costs.

Employee requirements

  • Good English skills, Russian and other languages a big advantage
  • Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel (upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - ability to communicate effectively with carriers, colleagues and partners
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Perseverance, diligence, attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Quick orientation and willingness to learn
