Director/CEO of a logistics company

I invite you to join the top management team of our Group of Companies. You will be responsible for the business administration and development of the activities of the two companies of the Group of Companies, UAB Railana Multimodal and UAB Railana. We see you as a distributor of management and administration competencies, leadership qualities and we will expect bold decisions from you.
You will lead a company providing railway logistics multimodal transportation organization solutions, the goal of which is to exploit complex, adaptable to individual customer needs, logistics chains, adapting them to optimize customer costs in the market. Team empowerment, leadership and your new ideas should help achieve these goals.

We would like you to:

• have the qualities of a leader who unites for a common goal;
• have at least three years of experience in managing a logistics company;
• understand the specifics and mentality of the Central Asian market;
• are not afraid of stressful conditions and know how to find the most rational solutions;
• be someone who likes to analyze and manage data;
• have excellent knowledge of the principles of financial and risk management and know the main financial indicators;
• understand and know how to form annual budget plans;
• be focused on process improvement by forming logical tasks for the IT department in enterprise resource planning systems (ERP);
• have the qualities of a person capable of constructive communication and decisive decision-making;
• have experience in transforming and combining the principles of classical and digital marketing;
• speak Russian fluently;
• know how to quickly analyze and adapt to the changing environment and markets;
• you would follow the principle "if you can do it, do it well enough";
• you would know how to "inspire" the existing team, shape the company's structure;
• you would know how to create data-based motivation systems (KPIs).

5000 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a base salary and an annual bonus, depending on the achievement of annual goals.
