Successful managerial experience in the transport/logistics sector
Leadership, team management and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking, ability to make quick and effective decisions
Excellent knowledge of the transport market and the specifics of international cargo transportation
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages is a great advantage).
