- You will administer the flow of orders for factories
- You will cooperate with transport partners, organize the delivery of goods to the warehouse and coordinate the work of the warehouseman. You will control that the goods leave the warehouse on time, and in case of transport problems - you will promptly resolve situations with suppliers and carriers
- You will answer general company calls, consult customers on website usage and product issues, prepare commercial offers
- You will upload new products to the e-site according to the company standard
We hope you:
- Have experience in procurement, logistics or e-commerce order management
- You are extremely attentive to details - numbers, deadlines and accuracy are a natural working style for you
- You are excellent at Excel and easily understand new platforms
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and have good English skills necessary for daily communication with foreign suppliers
- You like to communicate, have inner peace when solving problem situations with transport or customers
