Transaim – started its active freight transportation activities in 2020. It is a small, but high-quality and growing company that sets itself high goals, providing international freight transportation services in Western Europe. The company specializes in full and partial loads, JIT deliveries, express transportation between Spain, France, Benelux, Germany and Denmark.
We are looking for someone who would like to learn the logistics business from the basics and gradually become an independent manager.
No experience in logistics? This is not an obstacle. The most important thing is that you want to learn, are not afraid to communicate and like to find solutions. The team will help you understand the market, pricing, and the principles of working with customers and carriers.

What will you learn?
Working together with the team, you will learn to:
- search for one-time and recurring transportation orders on different platforms and channels;
- discover potential customers, establish first contact and build long-term relationships;
- search for and select suitable carriers;
- evaluate transportation prices and market information;
- administer orders from confirmation to fulfillment;
- track the status of orders, documents and payments;
- independently solve everyday situations, which are rarely the same in logistics.
This position may suit you if:
- you have recently graduated or are looking for an opportunity to start a career in logistics, transport, sales or business;
- you communicate well in English;
- you like to search for information, analyze and compare data;
- you are not afraid to call, write or make a new contact;
- you are curious, responsible and want to learn quickly;
- you are able to independently organize your day.
- Experience in transport, logistics, expedition or sales is an advantage, but definitely not a necessity.
