We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of warehouse employees in the warehouse, ensuring efficient task execution and adherence to quality standards. This position includes overseeing daily operations, monitoring team performance, and resolving operational issues to ensure uninterrupted work processes and the implementation of organizational performance indicators.
Nature of work:
- Organize and ensure smooth daily warehouse operations;
- Plan employee schedules, distribute work and control results;
- Lead the team: selection, introduction, training and motivation;
- Ensure smooth warehouse management: maintenance of warehouse spaces; inventorying of stocks; supervision of receipt/dispatch of goods;
- Coordinate and plan the movement of goods: route planning, distribution of vehicles and drivers, organization and supervision of loading/unloading of goods;
- Work with warehouse management systems, analyze performance indicators;
- Participate in inventories and ensure data accuracy;
- Cooperate with production, sales and purchasing teams;
- Identify problems and initiate process improvements;
- Organize internal logistics processes in Lithuania.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of management experience in the warehouse or logistics field;
- Ability to not only execute, but also create or improve processes;
- Sense of responsibility, result orientation;
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Experience working with warehouse management systems;
- Leadership and team motivation skills;
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
