- Formation and implementation of a logistics strategy that helps to implement the company's growth and operational plans.
- Management of purchasing, supply, logistics processes and ensuring compliance with applicable EU and international regulations.
- Organization, development and motivation of teamwork.
- Logistics budget management, cost optimization, and turnover increase.
- Analysis of performance indicators.
It is important for us:
- 2 years of experience as a logistics, supply or procurement manager.
- Team leadership: motivating, ensuring productive and high-quality work.
- Strategic thinking and ability to achieve set goals.
- Financial management skills: budget control, turnover.
- Ability to communicate effectively, adhere to agreements and make decisions.
- Openness, responsibility and time management.
- Fluency in Russian and English (both languages are used every day).
