Prompt, constant and smooth communication/connection with customers (by e-mail, telephone, etc.);
Providing customers with the necessary documents/information in a timely and proper manner;
Ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations;
Coordination, control and assistance of the warehouse team;
Organization and control of cargo receipt and issuance;
Continuous verification of order confirmation/execution/completion, participation in inventories;
Control of timely completion of warehouse accounting tasks;
Control of completion of warehouse daily tasks;
Working with a computer, warehouse program, etc.

Employee requirements
Higher - higher education (advantage - in the field of logistics);
Successful experience in logistics or with warehouse management systems - an advantage;
Knowledge of English and Russian for everyday communication - an advantage;
Excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly find solutions and resolve situations diplomatically, logically;
Excellent computer skills MS Word, Excel and work experience with warehouse management programs/systems.
