Nature of work:
- Organization of the processes of receiving, storing, selecting and delivering goods to third parties for wholesale customers who are provided with logistics services;
- Daily communication with logistics service customers and resolving their questions and problems;
- Control of customer orders, organization and ensuring timely delivery;
- Control, management and timely resolution of non-conformity acts;
- Timely preparation of periodic reports and statements;
- Checking the documentation of incoming cargo.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education;
- Good knowledge of English (from level B1);
- Excellent skills in using MS Windows operating systems, MS Word, MS Excel, email, internet browsing programs;
- Attention to detail, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Flexibility, ability to act promptly in problem situations;
- Experience in the logistics, pharmaceutical sectors would be considered an advantage.
