Nature of work:
- Formation and implementation of a logistics strategy that helps implement the organization's growth and activity plans.
- Organization, motivation and development of teamwork.
- Management of warehouse, procurement, import, export and ensuring compliance with applicable EU and international regulations (export from Lithuania to branches in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan).
- Logistics budget management, cost optimization, increasing turnover.
- Analysis of performance indicators.
It is important for us:
- 2 years of experience as a logistics, supply or procurement manager.
- Team leadership: motivating, ensuring productive and high-quality work.
- Strategic thinking and ability to achieve set goals.
- Financial management skills: budget control, turnover.
- Fluency in Russian and English (both languages are used every day).

- Ability to communicate effectively, adhere to agreements and make decisions.
