Nature of work
🔵 Manage and coordinate international logistics and transport projects from initial planning to successful implementation, ensuring high quality of services, meeting deadlines and optimal use of resources.
🔵 Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers, agents and other strategic partners, coordinating all operational and commercial issues related to the project.
🔵 Organize complex international transport operations, including road, sea, rail and air transport, selecting the most effective logistics solutions according to the project needs.
🔵 Ensure visibility and control of the entire supply chain, monitoring cargo movement, deadlines, transport processes, documentation and operational obligations.
🔵 Manage project costs and budgets, control transport costs, evaluate commercial offers and ensure the financial efficiency and profitability of projects.
🔵 Identify and promptly manage risks and non-standard situations, making decisions and coordinating actions with all stakeholders.
🔵 Prepare and coordinate individual logistics solutions and commercial proposals, including pricing of transport services, project estimates and evaluation of alternative logistics scenarios.
🔵 Continuously improve logistics processes and operational efficiency by initiating process optimization solutions and collaborating with customers, partners and internal teams.
🔵 Ensure compliance with customs procedures, international transport regulations, contractual obligations and other legal and regulatory requirements applicable to projects.
🔵 Represent the company in international projects and meetings, and if necessary, travel to project locations in Europe and other countries and ensure smooth implementation of operations on site.

Employee requirements
🔵 Higher or higher education, preferably in logistics, transport, international trade or a related field.
🔵 At least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of international trade, logistics, forwarding or international transport.
🔵 Proactive and result-oriented approach, ability to make decisions independently, manage non-standard situations and effectively solve emerging problems.
🔵 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, carriers and international business partners.
🔵 Very good knowledge of English, ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing in an international business environment.
🔵 At least 3 years of professional experience in the fields of international trade, logistics, forwarding or international transport.
🔵 Proactive and result-oriented approach, ability to make decisions independently, manage non-standard situations and effectively solve emerging problems.
