Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Organize, manage the activities of the logistics department team, set priorities, distribute tasks and ensure the implementation of results;
- Analyze performance indicators (KPI), prepare reports and initiate solutions to improve operational efficiency;
- Initiate and implement projects for optimizing, automating and changing logistics processes;
- Ensure the quality of logistics documentation, contracts and data management;
- Ensure compliance with legal acts, internal procedures and quality standards.
What do we expect from you?
- higher/postgraduate education in logistics, transport or similar field;
- successful long-term experience in leading a team of logistics specialists;
- ability to plan team work, distribute tasks, manage performance and develop employee competencies;
- leadership, analytical thinking, planning and decision-making skills;
- ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing;
- responsibility, quick orientation, excellent communication and organizational skills, result-oriented.
