BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Implementation of the goals set for the Logistics Department in order to attract new customers and maintain quality work with existing ones, selling cargo transportation services by land transport with tilt trucks;
- Organization of teamwork, motivation and development of employees;
- Analysis of market and customer needs in order to find individual solutions and build long-term relationships;
- Sales analysis and development, organization of sales promotion, profitability control;
- Development of the customer base, attraction of new customers;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company, finding the most favorable solutions for our customers;
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education in business, economics or management;
- You have accumulated at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (in the B2B sector). Experience in the field of logistics is an advantage;
- You are characterized by strategic thinking, results orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment, you react promptly to unforeseen situations and make effective decisions;
- You have excellent negotiation skills and sales competencies;
- You are able to analyze logistics indicators, forecast demand and plan resources.
- You communicate professionally both orally and in writing within the team and with external partners (English is mandatory, additional language is an advantage).
