We are looking for a Logistics Service Quality Manager who, together with a dedicated team, will help ensure high quality of warehouse services, systematically analyze operational errors and develop solutions that reduce their recurrence.
🎯 The main goal of this position is to reduce the number of logistics service errors and their impact on customers by systematically eliminating not only the consequences of errors, but also their causes.

Nature of work:
📦 Quality assurance of logistics services provided by the warehouse;
🔍 Analysis of warehouse process errors – goods receipt, storage, assembly, packaging, issuance and other operations;
📝 Investigation of customer claims and internal quality incidents and determination of their causes;
📊 Identification of trends and recurring problems;
🛠️ Development of corrective and preventive actions, coordination of their implementation and control of results;
🤝 Cooperation with warehouse operations, transport, IT, customer service and other teams;
🚀 Preparation and implementation of warehouse process improvement initiatives;
🏭Work schedule: 8 am-5 pm on weekdays at the warehouse at Veisiejų g. 135, Vilnius
