We are a rapidly growing international transport and logistics company. Our team is not just employees - there are team members whose initiative, experience and achieved results are valued and properly compensated.

One of our main areas of activity is the transportation of oversized, non-standard and larger cargo. We manage a fleet of specialized equipment, so we can offer our clients not only standard, but also individually tailored transport solutions in the Western European and Lithuanian markets.

We are currently looking for an experienced logistics services sales manager who would be able to independently search for new clients, establish long-term business relationships and sell our transport and forwarding services.

Nature of work:

Active search for new B2B clients in Lithuanian and foreign markets;
Presentation of Erabalta's transport, forwarding and specialized transportation services to potential clients;
Attracting direct clients - manufacturing, industrial, construction, trade and other business enterprises;
Selling oversized, non-standard and larger cargo transportation services;
Preparing commercial offers, coordinating prices and conducting negotiations;
Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
Cooperation with transport and forwarding management teams;
Analysis of sales results, customer needs and market changes;
Representing the company at meetings, exhibitions and business events.

We hope you:

You have at least 4 years of successful B2B sales experience in the field of transport, forwarding or logistics;
You understand international transport processes and the European transport market;
You are able to independently organize the sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract;
You know how to professionally conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with customers;
You are able to sell not only standard services, but also individually tailored transport solutions;
You are result-oriented, proactive and persistent;
You are able to work independently, but value teamwork;
You have a good command of English. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage;

Experience in the field of transportation of oversized, non-standard, project or specialized cargo would be a great advantage.

Salary

2500-4500 €/mon. net
