We are Tradiala. For four years now, our trucks have been traveling every day in all directions of Lithuania, and the cargo is going to schools, kindergartens, hospitals, shops and businesses.
We are a small but fast-growing team. We have our own routing system, we see each truck in real time and we like to do things differently than everyone else. Now we are growing further and are looking for someone who will become part of our team and help us do this.

Nature of work
You will spend most of your day on new clients. You will look for companies that need a reliable carrier, call them, go to meet them, tell them what we charge, and prepare an offer that is hard to refuse. It is your conversations and contracts that will determine how quickly we will grow.
Once a client is with us, you will take care of them so that they want to stay with us for a long time and recommend us to others.
You will also help our logistics team: together with the project manager, you will plan the transports for the coming days and make sure that the machines are used as best as possible.

Employee requirements
- Experience in sales. If you have worked in logistics, expedition, with food, beverages or HoReCa, let's talk right away.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian market and acquaintances in the business world.
- Understanding of transport and logistics: routes, cargo, pallets, delivery times.
- Ability to calculate whether an order is profitable.
- Negotiation and relationship building skills with customers.
- Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian or English is an advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
