Nature of work:
- Ensure smooth movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, stores, customers and partners;
- Supervise supply, storage, delivery and return processes across several group companies;
- Coordinate the work of carriers, logistics, warehousing and other service providers;
- Organize supplier/service partner search, comparison, tenders, offer analysis;
- Calculate logistics, storage, delivery, partner and process costs;
- Provide suggestions for optimization;
- Identify inefficient areas, propose and implement process changes;
- Independently resolve daily operational situations: delays, discrepancies, delivery errors, document or partner work problems;
- Ensure that logistics and supply documents, reports and related data are in order and accessible;
- Prepare periodic logistics, cost, partner efficiency and process reports.
We hope you:
- Has experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, operations or process coordination;
- Able to independently manage processes: from problem identification to solution implementation;
- Has analytical thinking and the ability to work with numbers, costs, reports, comparisons;
- Able to communicate clearly with different departments, colleagues and external partners;
- You are responsible, attentive;
- Have good computer skills: Excel / Outlook / Power BI;
- You speak English fluently (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
