We are looking for a Logistics Department shift manager who will take care of effective warehouse process management and team support.

We are looking for a Logistics Department shift manager who will take care of effective warehouse process management and team support.
- Warehouse process management: Timely and efficient organization of operations, ensuring quality standards and working with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Team management: Training, engaging, motivating shift employees and fostering a positive internal culture.
- Safety assurance: Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health requirements during the shift.
- Process improvement: Monitoring and analyzing warehouse indicators, providing suggestions for improving process efficiency and participating in LEAN and 5S activities.
- Problem solving: Operational solutions to problems arising during the shift and eliminating their causes.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in production or logistics process management.
- Experience working with process management IT systems and good computer skills.
- Ability to organize team work and make decisions quickly.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively solve problems and manage conflict situations.
- Responsibility, independence and ability to organize and plan work.
- Teamwork skills and ability to cooperate.
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Working hours:
Work is organized in 3 shifts:
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
06:00 – 14:00
14:00 – 22:00
22:00 – 06:00
