Your main tasks:
- Answer incoming calls from drivers, customers, colleagues and listen to them by checking information in the systems;
- Register incidents in the company system, transferring information to responsible persons in other departments or resolving them yourself in accordance with company processes;
- Ensure ethical, respectful communication with customers and company employees;
- Cooperate with departments in other departments.
Work schedule:
- 5 days a week;
- Two weeks of work from Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, weekends off.
- Every third week, work on Saturday and be on duty at home on Sunday. Days off for work on weekends are given on other days of the week.

- You speak not only Lithuanian, but at least minimally Russian/English;
