Your responsibilities
- Organize the daily activities of the department: create employee work schedules, plan routes, distribute tasks and transport according to service needs.
- Lead a team of 20-30 drivers and managers: set clear expectations, monitor work performance, provide feedback and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Ensure the quality of services: take care of punctuality, team readiness for work and professional communication with customers.
- Resolve unforeseen situations: in case of changes in orders, employee absence or transport breakdown, promptly reschedule work and coordinate actions with colleagues.
- Take care of transport and work equipment: organize vehicle maintenance and repair, ensure their readiness for work.
- Improve the activities of the department: analyze work results and costs, prepare reports, propose and implement solutions that help use resources more efficiently and improve services.

- You have experience in leading a team of employees and organizing daily activities in the field of logistics, transport or services.
- You have practically planned the work of employees, tasks and the resources they need.
- You are able to clearly delegate, resolve disagreements, help employees develop and demand an agreed result.
- You know how to set priorities and make thoughtful decisions when circumstances change.
- You are able to work with operational data, assess costs and prepare plans and reports on a computer.
- You understand the importance of respectful, discreet communication when working in the field of sensitive services.
- You have a valid driver's license.
