We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will ensure smooth process management for one of our main clients, take care of organizing the team's work and contribute to improving operational efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone who values clear responsibilities, likes structure and wants to see the results of their work in everyday activities.
Nature of work:
- Management of logistics processes for one main client;
- Working with a team: organization, coordination, development;
- Monitoring of operational KPIs;
- Process analysis and efficiency improvement (cost control, optimization);
- Presentation of results to management;
- Cooperation with other departments and external partners;
- Ensuring daily operational activities.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience (team management);
- Analytical thinking and decision-making ability;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
