Nature of work:
- Organize the removal and arrival of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to factory plans
- Planning and coordination of cargo transportation from the factory warehouse to and from the 3PL warehouse
- Receive incoming cargo and ensure its timely unloading and loading - communication with drivers, machine flow management (parking machines at the warehouse ramps for unloading / loading), communication with warehouse shifts for timely unloading / loading
- Ensure smooth work of external logistics during the arrival and departure of cargo, prepare the necessary documents for cargo transportation (e.g. CMR, waybills)
- Administer parcels, their acceptance and dispatch; placing in a parcel locker
- Prepare documents related to customs functions and resolve problems arising when communicating with customs brokers (import, export)
- Manage shipping documents for non-production parcels and order transport from external companies (e.g. DHL, UPS, TNT, FdEx, etc.)
- Work with SAP, Qumas, Coupa, MS Office, customs programs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience in logistics operations administration
- Higher or vocational school diploma in logistics, business administration, management or similar field
- Work experience in a manufacturing or logistics company working with customs documents and intermediaries is an advantage
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good IT skills in working with WMS, MS Office, etc. systems
- Work experience with SAP program is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English.
