Logistics specialist assistant

UAB PLC Group is a rapidly growing company specializing in the sale and delivery of cars worldwide, as well as the organization of sea and land transportation. We are looking for an experienced and responsible logistics specialist to join our team and help effectively organize and control logistics processes.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN LANGUAGES

Main responsibilities:

1. Monitoring sea transportation prices:

• Working with self-service systems in shipping lines and logistics companies.
• Entering current sea transportation prices into the company's CRM system.

2. Controlling the update of prices on the website:

• Checking and updating sea transportation prices on the company's website.

3. Organization of sea transportation:

• Communication with logistics companies regarding the organization of sea transportation.
• Preparation and transmission of cargo lists, control of loading operations.
• Entry of information and photos about loading into the CRM system, resolution of claims for defects.

4. Monitoring of sea transportation:

• Control of transportation terms and relevance of information in the CRM system.
• Control of issuing and paying invoices for sea transportation.

5. Control of unloading and loading:

• Control of unloading at the port of destination, uploading photos and video materials into the CRM system.
• Resolution of claims if defects are identified during transportation.

6. Work with land transportation:

• Search for carriers for land transportation, price monitoring.
• Organization and control of land transportation, data entry into the CRM system.

7. Document management and payment control:

• Document management with customs brokers and control of timely payment of invoices for logistics services.

8. Development of partnership relations:

• Search for new logistics companies and shipping lines, establishing contacts in order to expand transportation routes.

Mandatory requirement: Good knowledge of English and Russian.

Solid knowledge of using CRM systems and email services.

Ability to negotiate with logistics partners.

Diligence, organization and ability to manage documents.

Ability to work in a team, responsibility for completing tasks on time.
