Logistics/Supply Specialist

We are developing the Evolve sports equipment brand, designing and installing sports spaces and supplying professional equipment to clients in Lithuania and abroad. We are looking for a logistics and supply specialist to join our team, who would take care of production orders, international transportation and efficient warehouse inventory management.

Your goal is to ensure smooth supply of goods, availability of popular products and balanced warehouse balances.

Plan warehouse replenishment based on sales, customer orders, seasonality and expected demand.

Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels (“min–max”), taking into account production and transportation duration.

Create orders for factories and suppliers, coordinate production deadlines, track order fulfillment and prepare goods for shipment.

Organize the delivery of goods to Lithuania by sea containers, rail and road transport, control loading and delivery deadlines.

Cooperate with carriers and forwarders, compare offers, negotiate terms and optimize transportation costs.

Coordinate cargo consolidation, receipt and shipment of goods together with the warehouse team and logistics partners.

Check cargo-related documents, coordinate import and export formalities with responsible partners.

Analyze inventory turnover, identify slow-selling and surplus items, make suggestions for order reduction or clearance.

Ensure accurate order and delivery data in the company's management system, prepare supply and inventory reports.

Promptly resolve supply disruptions, delivery discrepancies, and inform the sales team about product availability and changes in deadlines.

At least one year of similar work experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or inventory management.

Understanding of inventory planning, ordering and international transportation processes.

Good computer skills and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Good oral and written English skills required to communicate with foreign factories and partners.

Attention to detail, organization and a responsible approach to deadlines.

Ability to independently solve problems, coordinate multiple tasks and collaborate smoothly with colleagues and partners.
