Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible logistics manager who would ensure effective management of supply chain, transport and warehousing processes. If you are able to make quick decisions, coordinate the team and optimize processes - we invite you to apply!
Managing a team of employees (~40 employees);
Working with a warehouse management system (WMS) and its effective use;
Analysis, optimization and efficiency management of warehouse processes according to established KPIs;
Ensuring smooth warehouse operations:
receiving goods;
warehousing;
order selection;
Organizing the supply of goods to the retail store network and e-commerce channels;
Planning, organizing inventories and ensuring the accuracy of balances.

Have more than 5 years of successful management experience in logistics or warehousing;
Have worked with WMS systems;
Able to analyze processes and make decisions focused on efficiency;
Have strong organizational and team management skills;
Are responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
