HI-STEEL is a sister company of a German capital company in Lithuania. We are a manufacturing company that produces cold-stamped metal parts for the automotive industry and other international customers.
We are looking for a LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our team, who would ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes, lead the team and promptly resolve everyday situations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Place of work: Kaunas, Jonavos g. 68A.
Employment contract: fixed-term.

We are looking for a LOGISTICS MANAGER to join our team, who would ensure the smooth operation of logistics processes, lead the team and promptly resolve everyday situations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the smooth operation of logistics and warehouse processes;
- Ensure timely delivery of manufactured products to customers;
- Coordinate transport orders and cooperate with transport service providers;
- Manage the employees of the logistics and warehouse team, distribute tasks and monitor their implementation;
- Promptly resolve problems arising in logistics processes and ensure their smooth resolution;
- Cooperate with production, sales and other departments of the company;
- Resolve issues related to customer orders, deliveries and cargo removal;
- Analyze logistics processes, performance results and provide suggestions for their improvement;
- Prepare necessary reports.

What kind of colleague(s) are we looking for:
WHAT WE EXPECT?
- Higher / postgraduate education, preferably in logistics, transport, management or a related field;
- Work experience in logistics, transport or warehousing;
- Team management experience;
- Good knowledge of logistics and transport processes;
- Ability to communicate and write fluently in English or German.
- Good computer skills, MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems quickly;
- Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
