- Coordination of orders from factories and control of their execution;
- Monitoring, analysis of warehouse balances and ensuring timely replenishment of goods;
- Communication with factories and suppliers regarding orders, delivery terms and availability of goods;
- Administration of information about orders and warehouse balances;
- Work in the Rivilė program;
- Assistance to the logistics manager in organizing daily logistics processes.
Employee requirements
⁃ Higher, postgraduate or vocational education;
⁃ Understanding of materials used in furniture production would be an advantage;
⁃ Knowledge of the Rivilė program;
⁃ Computer literacy;
⁃ Communicative, good interpersonal skills;
⁃ English;
⁃ Honesty, diligence and responsibility.
