- Organization of partial and full loads.
- Daily assistance in managing the freight transportation process: selection of carriers, tracking orders, resolving emerging situations.
- Communication with carriers, customers and internal company teams.
Employee requirements
- Interest in logistics and desire to work.
- Quick orientation, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze situations and solve problems.
- Independence, initiative, result-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Excel, logistics platforms and XSPED program - an advantage).
- Experience - an advantage, but not necessary for the assistant position.
