We are looking for a logistics professional who is comfortable in Lithuanian domestic logistics and understands that waste collection processes are completely different from international transportation. The most important things here are accuracy, speed and the ability to manage large-scale processes, where over 1000 points are served per day.
Your daily responsibility:
I will plan and coordinate routes so that processes based on hundreds of daily stops run on time and smoothly.
I will organize the team's activities and ensure that everyone works synchronously and efficiently.
I will respond promptly to changes in situations (waste volumes, customer needs, traffic conditions) and make decisions in real time.
I will communicate with customers, help solve their issues and look for the most appropriate solutions.
I will contribute to the improvement of systems and processes - your insights will be valued and applied.
