- Search for new clients, cargo and reliable carriers in Lithuania and abroad.
- Organize cargo transportation.
- Maintain daily contact with clients and carriers, promptly resolve non-standard situations.
- Work closely with colleagues, share information and contribute to the overall team result.
- Monitor your results, route profitability and service quality — you will have clear goals and room for initiative.
What are we hoping for
- Experience in the field of transport or logistics.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and remain calm in intense situations.
- Strong communication, negotiation and computer skills.
- Perseverance, curiosity and customer and result orientation.
