We are looking for a logistics professional who is comfortable with Lithuanian domestic logistics and understands that waste collection processes are completely different from international transportation. The most important things here are accuracy, speed, and the ability to manage large-scale processes.
Your daily responsibility:
- Plan and coordinate routes to ensure that processes based on hundreds of daily stops run smoothly and on time.
- Organize team activities and ensure that everyone works synchronously and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to changes in situations (waste volumes, customer needs, traffic conditions) and make decisions in real time.
- Communicate with customers, help resolve their issues and find the most appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes - Your insights will be valued and applied.
