Your responsibility:
- transport and route management: effective route planning, optimization and analysis; organization and control of driver work;
- technical and resource maintenance: monitoring the condition of vehicles and equipment, coordination of repair work with the technical department, control of fuel filling and consumption;
- customer service: registration of orders and organization and assurance of execution, support of existing customers (by phone, e-mail);
- documentation and reporting: checking trip sheets, prompt preparation of reports and submission to the manager.
We hope:
- education and experience: higher/postgraduate education and at least 2 years of experience in the field of logistics;
- computer literacy: good skills in MS Office, e-mail and logistics systems/databases;
- personal qualities: responsibility, diligence, attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills;
- communication and problem solving: strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team;
- stress resistance: prompt reaction to problems, effective resolution and ability to professionally manage conflict situations.
