Nature of work

Tracking and controlling the progress of production delivery;
Communication with customers on production delivery issues;
Management of information related to production transportation;
Cooperation with intermediaries on the organization of import procedures;
Control and optimization of transportation costs;
Administration of documents related to transportation;
Implementation of actions aimed at improving logistics processes.
Organization of new employee search processes: clarification of needs, preparation of job advertisements, conducting selections;
Organization of the recruitment process and coordination of the adaptation process of new team members;
Preparation and administration of personnel documentation (internal company procedures, orders, letters, requests, etc.);
Organization of events and other activities to foster company culture;
Ensuring and managing internal communication;
Consulting managers on personnel management issues.

You are independent and results-oriented, able to effectively organize work and solve problems promptly;
You have a higher education in the field of logistics/personnel - we will consider this an advantage;
You have excellent English language skills (B2 level);
You are familiar with logistics processes and have successful experience in similar work.
