Logistics Manager/Human Resources Officer

Nature of work

  • Tracking and controlling the progress of production delivery;
  • Communication with customers on production delivery issues;
  • Management of information related to production transportation;
  • Cooperation with intermediaries on the organization of import procedures;
  • Control and optimization of transportation costs;
  • Administration of documents related to transportation;
  • Implementation of actions aimed at improving logistics processes.
  • Organization of new employee search processes: clarification of needs, preparation of job advertisements, conducting selections;
  • Organization of the recruitment process and coordination of the adaptation process of new team members;
  • Preparation and administration of personnel documentation (internal company procedures, orders, letters, requests, etc.);
  • Organization of events and other activities to foster company culture;
  • Ensuring and managing internal communication;
  • Consulting managers on personnel management issues.

Employee requirements

  • You are independent and results-oriented, able to effectively organize work and solve problems promptly;
  • You have a higher education in the field of logistics/personnel - we will consider this an advantage;
  • You have excellent English language skills (B2 level);
  • You are familiar with logistics processes and have successful experience in similar work.
