WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a Logistics Manager at UAB Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, your daily tasks will include:

  • Ensuring the execution of the goods acceptance and issuance process in accordance with the procedures established in the company
  • Resolving issues related to incoming and outgoing logistics
  • Ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory accounting
  • Timely acceptance and issuance of goods, their proper distribution to storage locations
  • Ensuring the movement of inventory according to the FIFO principle
  • Ensuring the constant availability of necessary materials in the warehouse
  • Managing excess inventory in the warehouse
  • Ensuring the quality approval of issued goods
  • Ensuring the proper process of returning goods to suppliers
  • Ensuring proper archiving and administration of warehouse documentation
  • Ensuring optimal and safe use of warehouse space
  • Ensuring proper documentation required for customs formalities, import and export
  • Safe storage of warehouse equipment and ensuring the use of machinery
  • ensuring the safe storage of materials
  • ensuring strict control of access to the warehouse
  • ensuring the performance of regular safety inspections

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in warehousing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of warehouse management processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of SAP logistics and warehousing operations
  • Good skills in working with MS Office programs
  • Knowledge of customs procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in handling materials, including dangerous goods, will be considered an advantage
  • English language skills at level B
