Nature of work:
Organization and control of drivers' work;
Planning, optimization and analysis of transport routes to achieve efficient transport movement;
Control of fuel filling and consumption;
Supervision of the use of vehicles and equipment, organization of repairs as needed;
Serving existing customers (by phone and e-mail), registering orders and ensuring their fulfillment and searching for new customers, concluding and renewing contracts (as needed);
Checking trip sheets, preparing reports and submitting them to the manager.

Employee requirements:
Higher or higher education;
At least 2 years of experience in the field of logistics;
Category B driver's license;
Excellent work planning and organizational skills;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Ability to professionally resolve conflict and stressful situations;
Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
Good computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, databases or accounting systems);
Negotiation skills and the ability to make decisions;
Quick reaction to emerging problems and their effective resolution;
Sociability and the ability to work in a team.
