Nature of work
- Receive, evaluate, manage and coordinate orders, and create work plans for the unit's drivers based on them;
- Search and selection of new drivers;
- Communication with drivers and customers to resolve emerging issues;
- Monitoring and controlling drivers' working hours using the GPS system;
- Organizing vehicle maintenance and repairs in cooperation with service stations;
- Preparing documents and waybills;
- Controlling work performed;
- Optimizing and analyzing routes;
- Calculating salaries for subordinate employees (calculating salaries, bonuses and filling out the timesheet);
- Filling fuel reports.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the field of logistics would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of computer literacy;
- Ability to independently make decisions, solve problems and conduct negotiations;
- Teamwork and smooth communication skills with colleagues;
- Experience in managing and coordinating a team is a big plus.
