Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of expedition at least 1 year (freight search, communication with customers and / or carriers in the Western and Central European markets);
- Result orientation and ability to work independently;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and represent the company professionally;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work with several tasks at the same time;
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
Nature of work
- Search for cargo for the company's own truck fleet;
- Effective transport planning according to customer needs and company goals;
- Control of the transport process and active communication with customers and colleagues;
- Search for new customers and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Price setting and negotiations with customers;
- Operative problem solving;
- Ensuring customer needs and fulfilling transport orders.
