Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in forwarding or logistics;
- Experience in finding cargo and working with customers and carriers in Western and Central Europe;
- Experience working with BOX type semi-trailers;
- Result-oriented and ability to organize work independently;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and represent the company professionally;
- Good computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Very good oral and written English;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages is a great advantage.
Nature of work
- Cargo search and securing orders for the company's own BOX truck fleet;
- Planning and optimizing transport operations according to customer needs and company goals;
- Controlling the transportation process and actively communicating with customers and colleagues;
- Finding new customers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers;
- Price coordination, route planning and negotiations with customers;
- Solving everyday transport organization problems;
- Ensuring high-quality service provision and successful order implementation.
