Logistics manager

∙ Organizing transport orders. Placing orders with carriers. Selecting the appropriate
transport according to the type of cargo.
∙ Handling cargo documentation. Preparing and checking invoices, waybills, loading documents.
∙ Coordination and communication with carriers. Maintaining constant contact with carriers regarding
transport status. Solving problems.
∙ Entering data into the internal system.
∙ Monitoring transportation costs.

∙ Good English skills, Russian and other languages are a big advantage.
∙ Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel (upper-intermediate or higher).
∙ Excellent communication and negotiation skills - ability to communicate effectively with carriers,
colleagues and partners.
∙ 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.
∙ Perseverance, diligence, attention to detail.
∙ Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∙ Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∙ Quick orientation and willingness to learn.
