You will be responsible for:
- planning the delivery of customer orders in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets;
- ordering transport, coordinating timely arrival, loading and delivery;
- administering transport documentation;
- working with long-term contract carriers (searching for new carriers is not the responsibility of this position);
- informing customers about the delivery of existing and planned production;
- tracking production balances, monitoring warehouse processes, working with Freidesk, Kiwi, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics 365 programs;
- drawing up a daily plan and coordinating it with production;
- smooth cooperation with other departments of the company;
- adopting and sharing good practices with the team.

- speak English (written and spoken);
