Nature of work:
- Planning and coordination of goods delivery throughout Lithuania;
- Route planning, optimization and efficiency control;
- Organization of drivers' work and distribution of daily tasks;
- Operational solution of non-standard situations and problems;
- Supervision and improvement of logistics processes;
- Team formation, selection, introduction and training of employees;
We expect from you:
- Experience in parcel distribution and route planning is required;
- Experience in organizing the work of drivers, couriers or carriers;
- Ability to independently plan, make decisions and manage daily situations;
- Understanding how to optimize routes, time and resources;
- Responsible approach to results, deadlines and customer service quality;
- Leadership, communication and team organization skills;
