Nature of work
- Assistance to the logistics manager;
- Operational entry of orders and transport data into the business management system;
- Communication with existing customers, partners and drivers by email and telephone;
- Administration and control of CMR, invoices and other transport documents.
Employee requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (written and spoken – essential);
- Higher education or final year student;
- Organization, responsibility (is a must!);
- Ability to work independently and focus on the final result;
- Good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
- Experience in international partial cargo transportation – a great advantage (if you don’t have it – we train you);
- A strong desire to understand the subtleties of transport and become a professional manager.
