Main responsibilities:
- Effective development of services provided (marine logistics, project cargo, loading, warehousing).
- Cooperation with international partners, shipping lines, forwarding and transport companies.
- Market analysis, identification of new business opportunities and preparation of proposals / development and implementation of sales strategy.
- Coordination of commercial proposals, pricing and contracts with clients.
- Coordination of projects related to cargo transportation (containers, bulk cargo, project cargo).
- Participation in international exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
- Cooperation with operations, transport and customer service teams to ensure high quality of services.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in logistics, transport management, etc. field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales or project management in the logistics or transport sector.
- Experience in sea freight, forwarding or shipping would be a great advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, sales and customer relationship development skills.
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking, initiative and result orientation.
