Our client is an international company operating in the fields of trade and logistics. The company is currently strengthening its management team in the logistics sector and is looking for a Logistics Development Manager in Vilnius to work on increasing the efficiency of warehouse operations, implementing automated solutions and their further development, developing 3PL and 4PL services and improving quality.
POSITION
The main objective of the position is to implement effective solutions that would increase the productivity of logistics operations and create a competitive advantage.

- Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing and controlling terminal operations, ensuring high quality of work and operational efficiency.
- You will take care of the coordination of warehousing and goods movement processes, initiate their improvement and optimization.
- You will implement warehouse operations automation solutions and plan new ones.
- You will lead the logistics department team (over 150 employees) - you will mobilize employees for a common goal, promote their motivation, professional growth and strengthen team culture.
- You will actively cooperate with customers and partners, strive for the best experience for them and build long-term relationships.
- You will monitor performance results, analyze indicators, identify improvement opportunities and implement changes. You will contribute to budget planning, cost control and effective resource management.
- You will work together with other departments on a daily basis, solving emerging challenges and ensuring the smooth operation of terminal processes.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Higher education (in logistics, management or related field is an advantage).
- At least 3 years of management experience in logistics/warehousing and the ability to boast of achieved results.
- Work experience with process efficiency solutions.
- Well-developed team management competence and personal leadership.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Fixed salary: 5500-7500 EUR gross (final salary will be discussed individually) and annual bonuses depending on personal and group results.
