The Healthcare Department of the Vilnius City Complex Service Center "Šeimos slēnis", an institution subordinate to the Vilnius City Municipality, is looking for a speech therapist.

Your contribution to the team's work:

• I will identify risk factors for speech (including voice), language, communication and swallowing disorders and apply rapid screening tools and methods for service recipients with these risk factors;
• Based on the results of the assessment of service recipients, you will select appropriate and effective measures to eliminate speech (including voice), language, feeding, communication and swallowing disorders, reduce their symptoms or compensate for their functions;
• You will discuss the results of the applied methods and measures to eliminate speech (including voice), language, feeding, communication and swallowing disorders, reduce their symptoms or compensate for their functions, in an understandable orally and/or written manner with service recipients, their parents or legal guardians and other members of the specialist team;
• I will organize group activities.

We expect that you:

• Have a higher education with a qualification as a speech therapist;
• Have a professional qualification as a clinical speech therapist (an advantage);
• Have a degree (an advantage);
• Have experience working with children;
• Be able to work independently and in a team;
• Will foster a culture of cooperation, build long-term and positive working relationships.
