Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a loyalty program strategy focused on customer engagement, CLV and sales growth.
- Planning, organizing and implementing short-term and long-term marketing campaigns.
- Development of segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness, analyzing results and generating insights for program improvement.
- Collaboration with the IT team in developing a mobile app and related functionalities: from requirements generation to testing and launch.
- Working with CRM systems and customer databases.
- Creating value communication for loyalty program members through various channels.
- Coordination of internal and external partners and agencies.
Requirements:
- Experience in CRM, loyalty programs or digital marketing management.
- Experience working with loyalty programs, mobile apps or self-service projects.
- Excellent knowledge of segmentation, personalization and conversion optimization.
- Basics of data analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of retail processes (advantage).
- Ability to think strategically and ensure tactical implementation.
- Result-oriented, able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and balance the interests of different stakeholders.
