In this job you will find:
- Planning and implementation of CRM channel (e-mail, mobile app notifications, SMS) campaigns;
- Creation, development and effective implementation of loyalty programs and projects;
- Analysis of campaign results, providing insights and continuous monitoring and improvement of performance indicators;
- Close cooperation with marketing, analytics teams and external partners.
We expect you to:
- Have worked with CRM campaigns on digital platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar);
- Have experience in marketing project management (in the fields of trade, agencies or media - an advantage);
- Have strong analytical skills, are able to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign results; experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI or similar) - a great advantage.
- You easily fit into a team, are able to work in a dynamic environment, are creative, meticulous, innovative and result-oriented;
- You are able to clearly and convincingly prepare presentations and argue proposed solutions;
- You have knowledge of e. commerce, retail or FMCG market - an advantage;
- You have a higher education;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

- salary: 2800–3500€/month. (excluding taxes, depending on your experience and skills),
