- Organize, control and ensure smooth daily work of the restaurant and staff;
- Formation of the restaurant staff team, organization and control of work, development and motivation;
- Ensure compliance with service and production quality standards;
- Timely and careful completion of documents necessary for the activity, preparation of reports;
- Perform financial and economic accounting of the restaurant;
Requirements for a manager:
- At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant business under supervision;
- You are able to organize effective teamwork, be demanding of the quality of employees' work;
- You quickly navigate in various situations, combining different interests to achieve the goal;
- You know how to create a pleasant and hospitable environment for restaurant guests, and employees feel support and professional communication;
- Responsibility, organization, orientation towards excellent work results;
- Computer skills;
- Driver's license, car would be an advantage;
