Your responsibilities
UAB LONAS, which has a retail network in the Baltic States, is looking for an active person who can organize and coordinate the installation of showrooms.
- Supervision, supervision and implementation of construction works according to the approved project;
- Search for contractors;
- Preparation of estimates, cost control;
- Technical maintenance of operating showrooms, etc.
What we expect from you
- Have an understanding and experience of construction work, be able to organize it,
- Knowledge of electrical work,
- Experience in preparing estimates and managing a budget,
- Ability to work with EXCEL,
- Driver's license,
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills,
- Ability to supervise several projects at the same time.
- Ability to travel.
