Nature of work:
- Develop and implement projects for the development of LoRa technology-based scanning services;
- Organize project planning, budget and resource allocation, ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Analyze the market, identify new business opportunities and customer needs;
- Coordinate the activities of the technical team, ensure effective communication between internal and external partners;
- Lead the department team forward to achieve effective results;
- Participate in negotiations with customers, prepare proposals, contracts and presentations;
- Ensure the quality of services provided, monitor project results and initiate improvements;
- Develop a sales strategy and actively attract new customers;
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
Expectations for a future colleague:
- Higher education (in technology, telecommunications, information systems, management or similar fields);
- Experience in project management (especially in the field of technological or IT/IoT solutions);
- Knowledge of LoRa / IoT solutions or a strong desire and ability to quickly acquire this competence;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a structured and productive manner;
- Negotiation skills, orientation towards results and customer needs;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, fluent communication;
- Management, business development or sales experience is an advantage;
- Driving license (category B) is an advantage.

Additionally, a variable, performance-based remuneration component is paid.
